Cyber Crop Chat

**Welcome**

This is a post for you to use the comments for general chat if you wish over the weekend. Comment moderation is now turned off (hopefully there won't be much if any spam) so we should be able to have some 'Real Time' chat going :)

  8. Hubby goes away tomorrow so I will have the weekend free to craft to my heart's content LOL!! I have several ping meals in the freezer so no worries about wasting time with cooking. Just going to grab a ping meal now and then I will be ready for the first class.

  18. As always Antonia makes a subtle and subdued entrance... Good to see everyone! Although I didn't manage to get hubby to go out I did talk him into cooking dinner, no idea what I will get though.

  19. Hi Mel and Jill,
I shall (naturally) be at the ghastly for the shortest possible time. Unfortunately, it's in London, which significantly adds to the gruesomeness and time involved. I'll be hanging around here the rest of the weekend though x

  20. Mel Simon is cooking dinner as well though I have suspicions it might be an Indian takeout!

  21. evening everyone. just checking in to see the first class, then i have to go get dinner ready. DH is looking after a very grumpy baby who had 3 injections today, and is already developing a bit of a rash. what joy!

  22. Hello,

Just had a look at the first class and can't wait to get started, it looks fab. Dinner has been eaten and Rob is on Hannah duty so the evening is mine. Will be here most of tomorrow hopefully too.

Looking forward to seeing everyone's work.

  23. Jackie we are also looking forward to seeing what people create. Ann was super clever (in my opinion) and set up the link tool so we could see peoples projects together. Charlotte dinner has been revealed though not yet cooked and is home made fish and chips! Antonia, I will think of you at the ghastly event. Kathryn Livvy had her pre school injections last Friday and was thoroughly miserable, poorly and sick so you have my sympathies. Hope Alanna is feeling better soon.

  24. Hello Jackie, Kathryn and Charlotte. Kathryn sorry your baby is grumpy after injections, hope the effects are short lived. My DH cooked dinner too Charlotte (Chilli straight from the freezer!). Is Rob on Hannah duty tomorrow as well Jackie?

  25. Well, 50 minutes in and paper is chosen and photos are narrowed down! I think that's a world speed record for me lol :)

  26. What time's class 2, Mel? The timetable says 9pm, but Ann's tag challenge post says 10am tomorrow morning. Mind you, it's going to take me till 10am to get the first one finished. Either it's very fiddly or the fizz isn't helping :)

  27. lol sorry, I bought Anns Tag Challenge post forward to 8 from 10pm so people who didn't want to work on the first class could have another option. The next class is indeed 9pm!

  28. Ah....that explains it! Love the first class - perfect colours for pics from my youngest's last day at school before GCSE study leave. But it has reminded me just how bad I am at measuring!

  29. He certainly is on Hannah duty, but she's pretty self sufficient now, as long as we keep her fed and watered. The hardest bit will be trying to get her off the PC so I can look at the classes.

I'm over half way with the first class and will take a look at the second one before I head to bed. Won't be a late one for me, I never make it past 10pm these days.

  30. hello everybody, still sorting out my photos for class 1 as my initial choice wasn't good :-( but soooo excited to partyicipate. Thank ATDML !! xx

  31. Good evening everyone. Hope you're all enjoying the crafting even if you are ploughing through photos. I've just spent almost 3 hours doing the first LO and it looks like I've spent half an hour doing it :( Hoping that I can get the last 2 photos I need for it now. Decided to do it with photos of my sister's children as she had her 4th this morning, but I now won't be seeing them in time to take ones of the baby and the 4 children together so Mum's going to see what she can do for me. Might be a rush to the deadline for this one if I even make it.

Hope you're all having better luck tonight and thanks from me to ATDML for putting this on for us xx

  33. Well managed to get the first class done just before midnight - I now need to clear the decks and will look at class 2. I am hoping for a 1 am bedtime as I need to forego my Saturday morning lie in to pack up Hubby's food for his boat trip - if I leave him to do it himself he will just empty the fridge and leave me with no food for the next week LOL!!

Catch up with you all in the morning.

    Night folks!!

  35. I've linked to the tag challenge but it isn't showing a thumbnail, not sure I've done the right thing. I'm loving the challenges and pages so far.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Kathy Ann has amended the link tool on the tag challenge so it will show thumbnails - unfortunately this removed a couple that had previously been uploaded including yours. Can you upload it again and it should work with a thumbnail :)
