DT Round Up of 2015

Hello, Hello lovely people.  As it is the last day of 2015 I thought I would show you a quick sample of some of the gorgeous projects that the ATDML DT have produced over the year.  I think you will agree that we are a very diverse team with strengths in a variety of areas and mediums.  Ann's pages are usually graphic and clean, in contrast to Katherine's which are creative and painty.  I go for the pile it on and pile it high style and Denise and Jane like a lot of fussy cutting.  Mel's style is also quite graphic but she tends to fill her pages a little more than Ann does.

You will see that I have chosen two projects for each month except September as there were so many gorgeous projects that I couldn't limit myself to just two.

I am embarrassed by how many of my projects are in this post but sometimes, although the other DT members have made pages for the gallery, life gets in the way and don't get round to uploading them each month!

So without further ado here are my 2015 picks and I do not apologise for this being a photo heavy post - feast your eyes!

June Virtual Crop - Class 2 with Denise

Hello, Hello, I am sure you were expecting Denise but I'm afraid it's Karen although I am bringing you the gorgeous class that Denise has designed using Simple Stories Legacy papers.

Suggested Photo Requirement.
Layout
One 4 x 4 sepia photo but colour or black and white would work

Mini Book
Four landscape 3 3/4 wide x 2 3/4 deep photos black and white but colour would work
One portrait 2 3/4 wide x 3 3/4 deep black and white but colour would work

Denise has made this beautifully romantic layout as the first part of her class and then made a back to back book for the second part.  These books are really easy to make and I recommend you try as she has written some really easy instructions on how to make one.

You can download Denise's instructions here and upload photos of your projects here.

Next up at 2pm is Mel with her fabulous class.

On the 2nd Day of Christmas

Good morning all. I decided this year to really make an effort to do a December Daily/Journal my Christmas type project. I started the book back in November using some fab Simple Stories supplies from the shop. These are custom made and really make the job easy to have your base pages ready to go They are also great if you want to make a start and haven't got hours to spend !
The album I have also came with some Project Life type pages for slotting your photos and journaling cards in-perfect!
Here's the front cover - again using supplies from the shop. Webster's All That Glitters which I loved but sadly for some odd reason they have discontinued it. I think there may be a few left in the shop
I actually had something quite exciting going on over the past two days, a very different start to December for me. I was doing some telly shows on Create and Craft and met a couple of friends up there which was lovely. Normally I don't have much to report at the beginning of  December but this was definitely something to record to look back on in the future !

As you can see the Simple Stories cards and stickers are perfect for this project and has made it easy for me - I'm really enjoying this so far.
Is anyone else doing December Daily or Journalling their Christmas ?
Check back on the 5th for more festive sharing from Katherine.

Class 10 JUBILEE LINE - with Denise

It's early evening now and the cybercrop is in full swing.
My second class is visiting not a station but a line this time. The relatively new Jubilee Line which was opened in 1979
Jubilee puts me in mind of celebration and bunting. I vividly remember the Queen's 1977  Jubilee with red white and blue everywhere and flags and bunting bedecking everything in sight.
But I digress ! - Here is my layout.

There's a bit of red white and blue about the layout and a definite celebratory theme and a touch of bunting.

A couple of close ups
Some fussy cutting

Some Chipboard elements
There is also a little bonus card for you to make from the remaining papers in the kit.

So there's my little Jubilee class - I hope you enjoy it.
Don't forget to add your link at the bottom of this post or post to our Facebook group
