Friends Cybercrop Final Challenge 8

Our last challenge to close out what we hope has been an enjoyable cybercrop for you and inspired some scrapbooking, friends themed or otherwise.

So this challenge is aptly named "the one at the end" in honour of the series finale after 10 seasons of the show.  The last episode was actually split into two and also called "the one where they say goodbye" and the show creators did not want to wrap up all the story lines in one go. 

For this the last challenge we want your final page to be a scraplift of one of your favourites created and shared as part of the cybercrop series.  Please credit the original when you post.

Friends Cybercrop Challenge 7

Challenge 7 - just one more challenge after this one.

The fourth season finale of the show is filmed in London, in front of a British studio audience with the rest of the show predominantly set in New York. For this challenge we want to see your city pages. Your layout must feature photos from a city such as London or New York but doesn't have to be one of those.

Friends Cybercrop Challenge 6

 Challenge 6 to kickstart your Sunday and the last day of classes and challenges from us.

Central Perk is the name of the cafe in the series where the friends often meet. For this challenge we want to see a  layout featuring food and/or drinks

Should be a nice easy one for you - same rules apply as for the other challenges.

Friends Cybercrop Challenge 5

To close out our 2nd day of Friends Cybercrop fun we have Challenge 5

Lots of music and song in the TV series, especially from Phoebe and of course with the very well known theme song with the lyrics "so no-one told you life was gonna be this way...."

Your 5th challenge is to create a page featuring music, or song on either your photo subject or layout theme.  Maybe you have a photo from a music event/festival, or you can scrap about your current Spotify playlist or have a song title or lyrics on your page.

Friends Cybercrop Challenge 4

 

Challenge 4 here for you and with 6 main characters in the series, each very different from each other we want to see a layout with 6 distinct elements. 

So you can use photos, journaling spot, pattern paper etc to create 6 distinct areas, maybe a grid, or 6 stripes, whatever you chose, but we must clearly be able to see 6 on this layout.

Friends Cybercrop Challenge 3

Good morning and a happy Saturday to you - thanks for joining us for another day of cybercrop fun.

This challenge is inspired by a funny scene in the series between Ross and Rachel. Ross catches Rachel wearing a t-shirt of his from years before and demands it back wondering why she has it? She argues and suggests he'd have no need of it any longer and it would NEVER fit him anyway. He tries to prove her wrong and slips on the clearly too small for him top trying to prove it still fit! It doesn't!

So for this tiny t-shirt challenge, we want to see you using tiny elements on your page. This could be tiny photos, or tiny elements such as gems, sequins etc

Friends Cybercrop Challenge 2

Time for another challenge...

Challenge 2 is the one about the back of the door. In the series the main flat in NYC, where the majority of scenes are filmed has a frame around the door peep hole.  The story behind this is that originally the picture frame had a back on it but whilst the team were dressing the set the glass in it broke, and some said ‘Well let’s see what that frame looks like around the peephole.’ And they put it up there and that’s where it lived for the next 10 years.!

So yes, challenge 2 is to feature a layout with a frame. This can be around your page, or your main photo and can you even replicate the Friends iconic wobbly frame for extra kudos!

Welcome to our Friends themed Cybercrop - we hope you are excited to join in!!

As always we start with a challenge

In the opening credits of the TV episodes there is some dancing in a fountain with umbrellas for the main cast of 6. So, for this challenge, we want to see you create a weather focused layout. It can feature an umbrella too for bonus kudos!

Cluedo Cybercrop Challenge 6 - The Lead Pipe

 

Alas it is time for your last challenge for this Cybercrop

For your last challenge 6 we have the final weapon in Cluedo - The Lead Pipe.

For this one we challenge you to feature something metal on your layout. Suggestions include staples, paperclips, brads, bulldog clips, safety pins etc.. the choice is yours.

Once you are done upload your challenge entry into Challenge Album 6 on our Facebook Group ATDML # Create ensuring you have followed our few rules below.

1. Your layout must have been newly created for this challenge - please do not upload pages you have already made.

Cluedo Cybercrop Challenge 5 - The Candlestick

 

 Next up is Challenge 5 - The Candlestick

Whenever I think of Candlesticks I think of the Disney Character Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast who is an animated singing candlestick with a french accent. This is far more pleasant than thinking of it as a weapon in Cluedo! However how to make that link to a creative prompt for a challenge...hmmm....Maybe create a Disney themed layout? That is your first prompt for this challenge.

Alternatively your challenge (and this could be quite a challenge for some) is to use wax on your layout.. you can either add a wax seal embellishment, or melt and stamp in some wax to create your own embellishment - or use wax to create a resist technique combined with mixed media. For this you create a pattern/word on your background using a non-lit candle and then apply ink/paint over the top and the colours will not be visible where the wax was applied.

Whichever of these two challenge primpts you chose to use don't forget to upload your layout to the challenge 5 gallery on Facebook of course ensuring you have followed the few rules set out below.

Cluedo Cybercrop Challenge 3 - The Spanner

 

Welcome back to the next Challenge - The Spanner!

Cluedo Cybercrop Challenge 2 - The Revolver

 

Welcome to the start of day 2 and challenge 2!

Your next challenge in our Cluedo themed cybercrop is also based around one of the weapons in the game (just a heads up all the challenges are going to be based on the weapons if you haven't already seen the timetable!!)

Challenge 2 is The Revolver and for this challenge we want to see lots of circular elements to represent the holes the revolver will leave when it hits its mark! Why not crank up the challenge and make some of these circular elements revolve (moveable parts on a page is always fun)

Welcome to the start of the game!

Your first challenge in our Cluedo themed cybercrop is based around one of the weapons in the game - The Knife

For this challenge we want to see some cutting...of the fussy variety please (no injuries to start us off!)  So feature some fussy cutting on your layout and upload it to challenge 1 gallery on Facebook - it is as simple as that, well apart from a few rules set out below.

Challenge 5 - OVERLOAD - Kellerman's Cybercrop 2022

 

Your 5th and final challenge for our Kellerman's cybercrop is based on another song from the soundtrack, played when the rain lashed down and Johnnie and baby were in the car.

For this challenge we want you to OVERLOAD your layout either by leaving minimal white space, or by using up lots of lots of a small item to overload or cluster an area. Use up those little gems, diecuts, tags or whatever and overload your page.

I am lookig forward to seeing how creative people get with this one! Do share in our Facebook challenge gallery so we can all overload each other with compliments!

Challenge 4 - 1987 - Kellerman's Cybercrop 2022

 

 

And we kick off bright and early this Sunday morning with our 4th challenge 1987 when the film was released and the year in which I was but a year younger than Baby in the film!!

Challenge 2 - Do you love me? - Kellerman's Cybercrop 2022

 

Welcome to day 2 at Kellerman's cybercrop with ATDML and Challenge number 2.

Do you love me? was one of the most popular songs from the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack played just after Baby carried her watermelon! For the "Do you love me" challenge we want to feel the love and see hearts and affection on your page. Easy enough right?

Challenge 1 - Dirty Dancing - Kellerman's Cybercrop 2022

 

Welcome to our Kellerman's Cybercrop which runs all weekend with your ATDML design team. As always we are kickstarting with a challenge and the first challenge is to scrap a layout with a two worded title starting with the same letters (such as "Dirty Dancing")

Some suggestions could be Summer Sun, Perfect Photo, Mickey Mouse well, you get the idea!.
