Much as I love traditional Christmas colours - I do like having a play around. These cosy papers from Kaisercraft, Graphic 45 and Simple Stories come in a mix of beautiful warm shades with Nordic elements.
I love the combination of the navy from the Kaisercraft 'woodland' and red of Simple stories 'simple Christmas vintage' papers. This teamed with the snowflake elements from the 'snow crystal' paper gives it a homespun feel. The papers also come with some fab border elements on the back of the title strips.
The 12x12 'advent' paper from the Wonderland comes with some gorgeous foiled sections - perfect if you want to create a Christmas countdown or you want to complement photos of twinkling Christmas lights.
It also comes with surrounding border strips in contrasting colours. I used this alongside sections of Kaisercraft 'woodland snow crystals' which come with a variety of finishes and wordings. I layered these up around the photograph fluffing up the edges and using foam pads to create dimension
