September virtual crop class with Ann using Asuka Studios

Afternoon scrappy ones - I hope your September has been fun.

I am last up for todays virtual crop trio with a couple of layouts using Asuka Studio's fun collection "Get a Clue". Whilst the papers have an obvious Sherlock Holmes theme I have used them to capture memories of a day in Pompeii on layout one and of a day playing librarian and focusing on the great book elements for layout two.

The Pompeii layout features a little interactive book to showcase some extra photo which you can skip and just have as an additional non-interactive photo if you prefer.

Instruction as always in our Google Drive (all files start 0925) and we love seeing your pages so do share if you are so inclined.

Until next time, happy scrapping!

My virtual crop kit class this month uses the natural earthy tones of Arden Creative Studios Vintage Makers Essential collection. The neutral colour palette enables you to use both colour and black & white/sepia photos.

I have made 3 layouts, each using layered papers and laser/die cuts with distressed and inked elements. The double sided pieces enable you to use either the patterned or  plain sides or in the case of the flowers and leaves to switch from a left to right profile.

I hope you enjoy making these layouts and the versatility of the laser/die cuts. You will have some paper offcuts and laser cuts left over so we would love to see what other layouts you can create -  feel free to share these in the Facebook group.

Full instructions can be located as usual in our drive folder.

September virtual crop class with Tracy

Welcome to your virtual crop weekend! I hope you're all well.

This month I've got an assortment of designers, showcasing how you can take left over sheets from completely different collections and make them work together!

Our first layout let's the leafy design in this Vicki Bouton paper shine.

Next week have a super quick layered number, with a variety of photo options. This layout will work with one or two 6x4 landscape, a 4x6 portrait, or a combination of different sized photos like I've used.

Lastly, pleasing the fussy cutting fans, we have a flowing floral sweep, that makes your family photo the focal point!

As always we love to see what you do, so please share in the Facebook group.

You'll find the instructions in the drive here.
